Last weekend we added the wallpaper to the MVHR cupboard doors.

The MVHR is positioned on the first floor, on the leeward side of the building. As it is in a separate cupboard (part of our strategy to split up our plan into several smaller cupboards, rather than one large plant room) that sits between the external wall and the black-stained inner core, we wanted to highlight the flush cupboard doors but in a subtle way.

We decided to wallpaper them in a geometric pattern, and to carry this over all 4 doors, with small, discreet pull handles. I used a self-adhesive wallpaper as this is much easier to apply, and doesn’t require wall paper paste. We also decided to continue with the monochromatic theme of black and off-white!
