This week we submitted our Planning Application

Earlier this month we had a written response regarding our pre-application consultation with the Planning department for our proposals for the new house. 

It was a positive response, so after a very busy few weeks completing our site investigation holes, and percolation tests, we have finally collated the information and submitted the design statement and drawings for our Planning Application. Phew!
