Contamination investigations to discharge Planning Conditions

On the 27th August Paul Hadjikyriacou from Demeter Environmental will be performing a borehole on our site (in order to soil test) to satisfy Environmental Health that there is no contamination on our site due to a historic underground oil tank on adjacent land. (This was a condition of our Planning Permission.) We are confident that the results will be favourable for a variety of reasons, and that we can discharge the associated planning conditions soon after. Fingers crossed!

Phew, so after all of that excitement we now need to get back into the detailed design of the building - it is amazing how time consuming and demanding all of the technical aspects of making a new building can be!
